Mainland Crematorium specialise in direct cremations, providing excellent service and care at an affordable price. With the increasing cost of funeral services, many people are now choosing to simplify this process with a direct cremation. At Mainland Crematorium we offer a direct cremation alongside the flexibility and freedom for families to customise a service their own way.

What is a Direct Cremation?

A Direct Cremation is when the deceased is taken directly to the crematorium and cremated, surpassing the need for a traditional funeral director. Not only is this the most economical option but it is also the simplest.

Direct Cremation - $2,200 incl. GST

Service includes:

  • Transferring the deceased to the crematorium

  • An eco-friendly coffin

  • Use of the crematorium facility for committal or family gathering

  • Cremation

  • Environmentally friendly urn

  • Death certificate​​
